As SVP Design & Construction for Viceroy Hotel Group, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services process for the renovation and expansion of the Viceroy Los Cabos. The architecturally stunning concept by Miguel Angel Aragonés was enhanced through the addition of a rooftop F&B venue, expanded spa, new Harley Pasternak signature Gym, new guest and residents Lounge and the addition of a beachfront pool and pool bar. The 192 guestrooms and residences were also renovated.
