As SVP Design & Construction for Viceroy Hotel Group, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services and development process for the Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. All of the 119 generously sized, 650sf guest rooms and suites were reconfigured and renovated. Suites were upgraded and luxurious Presidential and Vice Presidential Suites were created. The ground floor Reception, Retail, Bar and Restaurant, Meeting spaces and Pool and Fitness were also completely refurbished.
