As SVP Design & Construction for Viceroy Hotel Group, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services process for the ground up luxury resort on the beachfront “trunk of the Palm” in Palm Jumeriah, Dubai. The project features an architecturally stunning glass entry “cube”, beachfront and stunning views of the bay and city.
The 477-room hotel has two wings (housing 221 private apartments) connected by a glass bridge. The project includes a world class Spa, Fitness Center, Banquet and Meeting space, numerous Bars, Restaurants, Day Club, Nightclub and Children’s Center.
