As SVP Design & Construction for Viceroy Hotel Group, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services process for the Viceroy Chicago located in a prime Gold Coast location. The project preserved the120-year-old landmark building while adding an 18 story tower with rooftop pool. There are 180 guest rooms, including 18 suites. with stunning views of the city and lake beyond. The project includes Meeting Space, Fitness Center and is adjacent to a Boka managed Bar and Restaurant.
