As Principal-In-Charge at WATG, Mike Paneri, led the design and construction of a 3,036-suite Venetian luxury hotel, casino, convention center, retail, spa and entertainment complex replicating the architecture and opulence of Venice. Significant architectural icons of Venice such as The Doges’s Palace, Campanile, Bridge of Sighs, and Rialto Bridge were all meticulously incorporated into the design. The project is situated on a 36 acre site on a prime Las Vegas Strip corner and includes the 35 story Venetian guestroom tower, a 120,000 square foot casino and 400,000 square foot Grand Canal Shops.
