As EVP Design & Construction for Montage International, Mike Paneri managed the hospitality technical services process for the Pendry Manhattan West, a new 164-room luxury hotel in the heart of NYC’s new Hudson Yard neighborhood. The project includes a Restaurant, Bar, rooftop Bar, Meeting Space and Fitness Center.
